Return Policy
Everyone makes mistakes in purchasing and may need to return items from time. We want you to have what you really want or need and will do our very best to accommodate. If the mistake is ours, all returns (and any freight) are 100% refunded or replaced with the correct goods.
- Items returned within 45 days in original condition with sales receipt will be accepted for refund or store credit.
- Items returned within 90 days in original condition with sales receipt will be accepted for store credit only.
- Items returned in original condition without a receipt may be accepted but only for store credit.
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
For items that have been used sparingly but not performing to your expectation, we will give an additional discount towards a replacement but will not accept the item back due to contamination. Note: this does not apply to equipment.
Exceptions:
- Special orders- these items are ordered in specifically for you and cannot be returned.
- Molds
- Equipment
- Parts
- Non-stock items
- Less than full bags of raw materials
Clearance or Sale Items- cannot be returned
Used Equipment sold “as is” – cannot be returned.
When placing a special order please be sure you have the correct item numbers, product descriptions and sizes. For equipment, we will send you a quote with the specifics including electrical information. Please review carefully as we will order from the manufacturer based on this information.
Return cost is the responsibility of the customer with the exception of errors or defects. If it is due to our error all expenses are covered by us and we will issue a full refund.
